- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was upset when they charged me a cancellation fee of $80 for cancelling my appointment even though I did it the day before the appoinment. They have'nt mentioned it anywhere that we have to give 2 days prior notification. In the medical history form they showed me they have mentioned it as "insufficient time notice" but not as 2 days.
